On February 2nd, 2003, Hiro Hashimoto, owner and sushi chef, opened his own sushi bar in hopes that the residents and visitors to Flagstaff would enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine.
Due to our loyal customer base and continues support from Flagstaff's local population, we have continued to win "Best of Flagstaff" for Sushi and Japanese cuisine.
