About Topaz Confections

Our small artisan bakery uses select natural ingredients, including organic where possible. We use fine chocolates, nuts and real dairy products in preparing pastries, cakes, cookies, candies and desserts. Baked goods are based on traditional recipes and hand-crafted on premises. Special orders are welcome! Freshly baked cinnamon rolls and muffins are offered each morning, along with fruit kolaches, and a coffee cake or sweet breads such as banana bread. Savory offerings include beef sausage kolaches with cheddar cheese, pepperjack cheese and jalapeno. On Saturdays, Danishes and fruit scones are offered. Also, the savory menu expands to include bacon and cheddar scones and a special pastry nicknamed "The Best Thing" that features pancetta bacon, Gruyere cheese and a bechamel sauce. Freshly baked breads are available on Saturdays.
