About The Sheepskin Coat Factory

The Sheepskin Coat Factory began in 1971 with an idea – make a coat out of a natural, renewable resource that is in abundant supply – shearling, or otherwise known as sheepskin. Our business began with the very basics – that meant finding the raw materials (skins), tanning the skins into a form lightweight and supple enough to sew into a quality garment.

Our focus now has shifted to shearling imports and some terrific, high quality domestic manufacturers. A natural extension of our business also led us to carry high quality high quality leather and ready to wear leather garments. Hand picked domestic and imported designs offer our customers only the best the industry has to offer.
