We at hothouse love all yoga. We just prefer the heat because we LOVE to sweat the impurities out of our bodies. The environment is challenged with more toxins, pesticides and disease than ever before. The skin is the largest organ of the body and to open the gates and let the impurities out on a deeper level is really what the hot yoga is all about. We love to combine the perfect amount of heat and humidity to open the stretches on a deeper level.
