About Cox Bros. BBQ
We have spent most of our lives traveling the BBQ trail. From Memphis to Lockhart and from Carolina to KC,
we have celebrated with and learned from some of the original pitmasters. Here in our smokehouse, we
represent all of the traditional regions. Some debate which one is the best, but that’s not how we see it.
We enjoy each region for what it is, a celebration of smoked perfection.
We kind of think that birds take to smoke real nice. We have a great Pulled Chicken platter or sandwich!
Slow smoked, rubbed, then double smoked and tossed with our original BBQ sauce. You've never had
chicken this good. Even that one colonel dude comes here on Sundays.
