David is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelors of science degree in accounting from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. He is currently licensed to practice in Texas and Ohio. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
David has over 18 years of public accounting experience specializing in tax services. He has helped businesses of all sizes with tax compliance and tax planning. His prior client experience includes working with both public and private companies and high net worth individuals. His work with high net worth individuals includes preparing gift and estate tax returns and assisting with analysis of gifting strategies. He has prepared tax returns for companies in various industries such as manufacturing, real estate, medical services and consulting and other professional services businesses. He has also represented clients in IRS exams.
